ABOUT US

Blaise Health

Blaise Health is a physician-led medical practice specializing in addiction medicine and the treatment of substance use disorders.

Our work extends across both structured treatment environments and private settings. We partner with detox centers, residential programs, and outpatient facilities to provide medical directorship and clinical services, while also working directly with individuals who require a more discreet and closely managed level of care. Across each setting, the standard remains consistent: medically grounded treatment delivered with clarity and compassion.

Addiction care often involves multiple phases, providers, and transitions. Blaise Health is structured to bring cohesion to that process—ensuring treatment decisions are informed, coordinated, and responsive as needs evolve. The result is a more stable, deliberate approach to care, where each phase is connected and managed with intention.

Our approach is grounded in four principles:

Clinical Integrity

Medical decisions begin with the individual patient's needs, safety, and appropriate level of care.

Continuity

Treatment should remain connected as patients move between detoxification, structured treatment, outpatient care, and throughout recovery.

Collaboration

Effective addiction medicine requires communication between medical providers, nursing teams, therapists, treatment programs, patients, and families.

Progress

Our practice continues to evolve alongside advances in addiction medicine, emerging treatment options, and evidence-based clinical standards.
